At Misako, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion accessories. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of receipt provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Log into your Misako account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your return authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are still attached to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point or schedule a courier pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
